Missing Payment

If you are missing a payment there are two likely causes. The first, and most likely, cause is that your payment has not been processed yet. Payment terms are as follows:

"PAYMENT. TapInfluence will pay all Fees in accordance with the applicable payment terms and rates outlined in the Program Details within thirty-one (31) days following the final day of the month in which Influencer Content was posted. Influencer understands that payment is contingent upon providing their PayPal e-mail to TapInfluence within their platform profile."

Here is an example to clarify what exactly that means: We submit our payments via PayPal on the last day of the month you posted in. Payments made in November will cover content that was published October 1st - October 31st. You should see that payment by the end of November - although with the change, the goal is to have payments by the middle of November.

The second cause of missed payment is the your assignment never moved into Published status. Please consult the following document on how to verify that you will be paid during the next billing cycle.
